This submersible aerator for wastewater treatment is a high efficient, low cost and energy-saving aeration machine that can be used for oxygenation and agitation.
Driven by blower, when submersible aerator for wastewater treatment is running, gas is accelerated from the bottom. Because of the negative pressure gas lifting effect, the mixture of sludge, water and gas are repeatedly cut and collided inside the submersible aerator under the strong external aerodynamic force and flows in a circular flow outside, increasing the efficiency of gas dissolution and oxygen utilization. This achieves the crushing, lifting, and stirring of the gas-liquid solid mixture, achieving a completely even aerobic state throughout the tank and improving the oxygen utilization rate of the aerobic tank.
Submersible aerators are used for aeration tanks, aeration settling tanks, pre aeration tanks, aerobic nitrification tanks, aeration and oxygenation mixing in various biochemical treatment processes of stps, as well as oxygenation in aquaculture ponds.
